Last updated September 12, 2026. The Augusta Soul Chicken team uses information you submit to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your interest in the competition.

What we collect

The interest form asks for your name, email, participation interest and an optional message. Our form provider also processes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the form and protect the service. Please do not submit private recipes, home addresses, financial information or another person’s contact details.

Where your inquiry goes

Form submissions are stored in the organizer’s dedicated Southern Soul - Augusta account in GoHighLevel. Authorized team members can review inquiries and follow up. We also receive messages you send directly to hello@augustasoulchicken.com.

Website chat

The branded chat is operated through GoHighLevel. Messages and contact details you choose to provide are available to the Augusta Soul Chicken team in its Conversations inbox. The widget may use browser storage to keep a chat session available. Replies are handled by the team and may not be immediate. No automated AI responder has been configured by this project.

Your choices

An inquiry is not competition registration, permission to film, permission to use a recipe commercially, or a subscription to unrelated marketing. Those permissions will be requested separately. Obtain permission before naming a nominee. To request correction or removal of an inquiry, email hello@augustasoulchicken.com.

Website services

Vercel hosts the site. Google Fonts supplies the public website fonts. GoHighLevel supplies the embedded interest form through our agency’s api.kxcommander.com address. These providers process technical information needed to deliver their services. No advertising pixel has been added by this project.
